Since The Institute of London Underwriters adopted a new te.rt oflnstitute Cargo Clauses on Januaty lst 2009, the work deals with the analysis of their content and determination of similarities and differences in relation to the so far existing Cargo Clauses of1982 year. Authorfirstly gives the translation of each of the 19 clauses and then interprets them, in an effort to highlight the most important news and possible effect of newly adopted solutions on international market. In addition to terminology and linguistic adjustments, author believes that Institute Clauses also suffered amendments of essential character, which will undoubtedly affects its implementation in the future and facilitating the conduct of international trade.
