Serbia has been on the successful road to the EU. Thousands of managers of the central European companie who work in big cities of Serbia or (temporarily) live there, want in case of illness high quality of service according to the EU standards. They are willing to invest into modern health institutions. As Russian explorer of the future Kondratief established, the bigest funds in 21st century shall be allocated into the health system (profilax, life style, healing medical services). It is advisible to Serbia to implement reforms of the health system as soon as possible and build grounds for co-operation of the social insurance and private practice and co-operation between members of private practice.
