Internet i distribucija osiguranja – internet strane za rangiranje i poređenje osiguranja

Apstrakt

Dok se tržište Srbije još uvek nije suočilo sa fenomenom internet strana za rangiranje i poređenje osiguranja, na razvijenim tržištima ovakve internet strane, i uopšteno govoreći distribucija putem interneta predstavlja najbrže rastući kanal distribucije osiguranja. Ovaj rad posvećen je razmatranju koncepta i načina funkcionisanja ovih internet strana, pravnih nedoumica i praktičnih problema u vezi sa njima, kao i relevantnih preporuka i primera najbolje prakse u regulisanju ovakvih internet strana.
